Horizon Legal Services Practice Transition

After many years of serving individuals and families through Horizon Legal Services, I am closing the practice as I relocate to Florida. It has been a privilege to work with you, and I truly appreciate the trust you have placed in me and my staff.

To help provide continuity for clients, I am transitioning my practice to Austin W. Probst of Kemp Klein Law Firm. Austin is a shareholder at Kemp Klein, and I have worked with him on many matters over the past several years. I have come to know him as a kind, knowledgeable and dependable attorney who approaches estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, litigation, elder law and family matters with sensitivity and precision.

You remain free to select any attorney of your choosing. Working with Horizon Legal in the past does not obligate you to retain Austin or Kemp Klein Law Firm.

This transition also applies to clients who originally worked with Attorney Michael E. Thomas and whose files or legal matters later became part of Horizon Legal Services. Those clients are encouraged to contact Austin or Kemp Klein Law Firm with any questions about their files or future legal needs.

Existing Horizon Legal clients who have questions about their files, wish to retrieve their files or would like their files transferred to another attorney should contact Austin or Kemp Klein Law Firm. If you received a transition letter, please review it for information specific to your client file.
